Convenient location near Barrio del Carmen, which made it easy to explore the area. The check-in process was a breeze, and I was happy with how smoothly everything went. I had a great time staying here 😊.

everything was nice, me and my baby liked the stay. the location was unbeatable and comfy, not too far from runes. besides, i visited a cathedral and a tower situated close to the venue.

I had a really comfortable stay, with location close to everything. It was in a magnificent place. And I was near the centre of Valencia, the old town area which has all the beautiful historic buildings and lovely plazas and the Serranos Towers...

Parking available nearby, although expensive. a value-for-money stay in a new and centrally located accommodation.

I stayed in a nice apartment at Up Town for a few days. The location was perfect for exploring the old part of the city, with the cathedral just a short walk away. There were plenty of bars, restaurants, and a small supermarket nearby. The apartment had everything I needed, including a washing machine and a/c. The key collection was easy and communication via WhatsApp was brilliant. Wi-fi worked well and the TV had a great selection of channels. a fantastic stay!

Great location in El Carmen, surprisingly quiet with no church bells or drunken noise at night. Able to keep rental bikes in the lobby. Lovely big and clean apartment with a big fridge freezer and a well-equipped kitchen. Prompt response to TV issue.

We had a wonderful stay in a centrally located apartment in the heart of the old town. the central market was just a stone's throw away, making it convenient for us to explore and indulge in fresh local produce. the apartment was well-equipped and the balcony provided a charming view of the bustling street below.

We had a very comfortable stay at Up Town. the apartment was the perfect size for our small family, and it had all the facilities we needed, including a fridge, washing machine, and iron. the location was great, with lots of bike rentals and eating places nearby. We also appreciated the host providing us with all the necessary information for a smooth check-in and allowing us to check-in earlier. it was a very convenient and enjoyable experience. Cons: Lack of ventilation made the apartment feel stuffy and hot. 👎.

Stayed at Up Town, enjoyed the free WiFi but had to fight for a seat as it seemed like everyone else had the same idea.

Who needs good directions? Getting lost trying to find the entrance was a delightful adventure.

The location of the hotel was great, being close to all the main attractions in the city. It was easy to walk to the different tourist spots and explore the old town. there were parking options nearby, although they were quite expensive. the hotel itself had a modern atmosphere and was value for money.

the communication regarding early check-in was a disaster. Despite arranging it in advance, I had to wait for an hour before I could get the keys to the property.

our stay at the apartment was fantastic! it exceeded our expectations in every way. the location was perfect, close to Central Market, and the host was incredibly helpful, allowing us to check-in early. despite the smaller size, it was comfortable for the 3 of us and we had a wonderful experience.
